The space planning and fitting out of new office accomodation for occupation by Trafalgar House Property, within a Grade 2 listed building.

Contract works included restoration of the existing fabric; modifications to the existing mechanical, electrical and communications services and ceilings; new partitioning and finishes; and a new reception area.

Space planning included producing full inventories of existing furniture, and CAD generated move-in drawings in sufficient detail for all furniture and office equipment to be moved and precisely re-located.
