Dates: 2004-06 Approximate Value: £850,000 more >  Ronda Valley, Spain We have recently begun working on a new 20,000 sq ft house- the first phase of a £20m hotel, leisure and residential complex on a 140 hectare site in the Ronda Valley. Client: Hinton Downs Dates: 2006-08 Approximate Value: £2.5m  Mile End Road Court, London E1 A new mixed-use scheme comprising 9 residential units, a rear court and two ground floor retail units. Client: Magri Developments Ltd. Dates: 2006-07 Approximate Value: £1.5m  Whitehorse Road, London E1 We have recently obtained a detailed planning consent for the re-development of this sensitive site adjacent to a listed churchyard. Our proposals are for 5 new houses and 9 new residential apartments. Client: South Shoreditch Developments Ltd. Dates: 2003-2006 Approximate Value: £1.5m  Kingston Quaker Centre We have recently obtained a detailed planning consent for a new Kingston Quaker Centre comprising a Meeting Room, a variety of rooms for community use, and a retained rear garden burial ground. Client: Religious Society of Friends (Quakers) Dates: 2004-2006 Approximate Value: £1.5m more >  Glynde Mews, Walton Street, London SW3 We have recently obtained detailed planning, conservation area and listed building consents for the redevelopment of a mews in Knightsbridge, for which we achieved a previous planning consent. The revised scheme will comprise a mix of new houses, a retained comercial use and an underground car park. Client: The Welcome Trust Dates: 2004- 2006 Approximate Value: £2.5m  Lett Road, London We have recently prepared proposals for a mixed-use scheme comprising 23 residential units abovenew craft / starter workshop units. Client: The Workshipful Company of Carpenters Dates: 2005 Approximate Value: £ 2.75m Amongst various other projects Tectus are presently working on a feasibilty study for a new library and learning centre (below) and a 30 unit residential development in East London.
