Following the acquisition of Coates Lorilleux by Sun Chemical Inc, Tectus were appointed to refurbish and extend the large office building at St Mary Cray in Kent as their national headquarters. Our proposals include for the re-servicing and refurbishment of office areas, the re-cladding of the building, and the creation of a double height main entrance area. Our designs re-emphasise an existing central bay to the front elevation, and feature the additions of a matching backlit sign enclosure at roof level, and a dramatic ramped, covered and cantilevered portico, clad in black Reynobond.
