This commission was won in a limited competition and was sponsored by the National Federation of Coffee Growers of Colombia.

The project successfully reconciled the opportunities and constraints imposed by an historic building with the requirements of an exacting brief.

Works included structural alterations, new building services and finishes, the creation of a new kitchen and service area and the refurbishment of existing toilet areas.
