" Prior to refurbishment no. 9 Argyll Street was suffering from years of neglect but one could see the building potential. This potential has been enhanced by the imaginative ideas Tectus Architecture brought to the project and their subsequent implementation of those ideas into the building structure and services. The building is a credit to the design team including the contractor Overbury, all who worked together in the spirit Legal & General set at Project inception."
